it is a much faster and easier way to get files, whether it be music, dvd's or programs, than the old pier to pier file sharing.

It's a client and you download torrents with it. The client downloads the
necessary parts of the file or files from various servers, then put the
parts together to make it one big file.

i am using u torrent with jaws 10 on an xp home sp3 machine without any
problems.

scripts are not needed, but you will need to do a little research into
setting up the program.
once set up it works well and everything can be read on screen with the help 
of the jaws cursor.
