Judith,
Auto complete is in the internet explorer options under the privacy tab. You tab down to the personal information button and make sure auto complete is checked. That should take care of most of the forms. This is where to find it on XP. I have not used 95 or 98 in several years so I don't know where it is there anymore.
Take care,
John

Where do I find auto complete? As for boredom, a few years ago I had a son fighting to keep his leg after an auto accident and a son in law with a broken back after another auto accident. I guess you could call that exciting but I prefer to be bored and all my kids, their spouses and children living a normal life that nets me a boring result. Thanks, Judith

Judith,
I don't know about being in the run function, but there is a feature called auto complete that remembers command lines in forms in windows. You should be able to turn that on. Personally, it annoys me so I don't use it. I am currently finding out what boredom is and wish I were a little more exciting.
Take care,
John
