A very good free popup solution I've found is Pop-Up Stopper. Do a google
or yahoo search for those words and "download". Be very careful with where
you get it, use some more reputable download source like CNet or something
like that. I caution here because, like some other softwares, one can end
up with clone popup killers that really aren't what they're looking for.

Pop-Up Stopper Free Edition is navigable with JAWS. You only get a choice
of two pop blocking sounds but the developer sells more. I'm satisfied
enough with the included free ones. It is possible to bypass the blocking
in several ways that will be obvious once you get it installed and play with
it.

Just a recommendation.

It offers a way to "white list" pop ups from certain sites, but you've got
to get at it to access this capability. Have you felt the need to stop the

particular uses pop ups that I need to be able to see. So if I can't at
least selectively disable the pop up blocking, then I'll wind up
uninstalling
