audacy or audacity? because audacity's mainly jaws curser and you sorta have to 
toy around with the graphical numbers to get what you want. Not easy.

  hi when I was asking around about this issue a while back a program called 
audacy  was recommended to me.  I'll look around and see if I still have the 
documentation on how to use it with jaws.
