Accidentally Disabled Keyboard?

Hi,
I went into Windows 7 Control Panel & Ease of Access Center, then into make the
keyboard easier to use.
I checked things in there to increase mouse functionality, but somehow, I've
disabled the keyboard, and the computer is only now useable with the mouse.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
