A friend of mine who uses JAWS had the same thing happen; that is, he seemed to lose everything under his Accessories Menu. So, I got him to cursor down the list of programs under the Start Menu and he found another instance of Accessories; this one had everything that is supposed to be in the Accessories sub-menu.

When I press windows key and then programs pressing on the P, Jaws says Accessories unavailable and when I press the right arrow, another submenu opens from the list under programs.
