Jeff,

I am assuming that you are located in the USA. You may want to mention
this to your supervisor as a ADA Title I issue. Title I covers
technology that is used to perform your job. You had accessibility and
now because of something that your company did, you lost that
accessibility. This makes your job more difficult than anyone else
performing the same work.

A casual mention may get you some more cooperation.

If you want to proceed with a complaint, you have 180 days from the date
of the discrimination to file with the eeoc. Document the interaction
that you have had so far and track all further communication. Keep
copies of all emails and log phone calls.

Hi Jeff;

I'm sorry to say I have found no solution. Perhaps if it were not in a
citrix environment I could get it fixed. There is so much "protection"
on the server that I can not do anything myself and the techies at the
server are not too interested in Jaws.
