. My problem is modifying the description of funtion's parameter. How ever, I
solved it by editing directly in jsd file, and then restart script manager.

Did you try hitting control+D whilst inside the script itself?
that tends to open the new script type dialog and will take synopsis and
descriptions in there for the current script after the fact etc.
