The issue is most likely that the owner of the calendar has not yet
granted permission to that JAWS user. It is not a JAWS issue at all.

The calendar owner needs to navigate to their Outlook Calendar
(CTRL+2), place the focus on the Calendar item in the folder tree
(CTRL+TAB), right-click on that folder item, choose "Sharing....," and
add the people needing access to the calendar to that list.
