I have rarely had much success as a blind individual using Frames. That being
said, one can add your own shortcut keys and specific actions to the latter
sections of the Frame controls. If you can find a sighted person to work with
you on creating the frame JAWS will show an outline of the Frame. No idea about
Scan cursor.
