I haven't seen that particular smartphone app but when they are terrible I tend
to ignore the interface as much as possible and just create keystrokes for the
basic functions Answer, hang up and transfer.

Flare Experience softphone application. The accessibility is, in a
word, horrible!
Does anyone know if scripts have been developed for this application?
Also, does anyone have any contacts at Avaya that I might be able to
