At work, we use an Avaya phone system. I have been testing the Avaya
Flare Experience softphone application. The accessibility is, in a
word, horrible!
Does anyone know if scripts have been developed for this application?
Also, does anyone have any contacts at Avaya that I might be able to
speak to?
