rec tr kx ovr, well it sounds some thing like this, i am unable to arrow on it
to
hear it saying this letter by letter,
it keeps saying this what ever i go to do open word or any program it keeps just
saying this all the time, and i don't have any one to see what's on the screen

Yes, the icons give us the clue. It sounds like your displays drivers
aren't working properly. The funny speech is from the bottom of the
Microsoft Word window and this occurs in one of two situations.

The first is that under "display" in the "settings" tab, under the
"advanced" button somebody or perhaps just windows has dragged down the
hardware acceleration slider. This should normally be at 100 percent,
whereas if it is set lower you can often get that problem.

The second possibility is that the display drives have either become
uninstalled or damaged in some way. The easiest method to rectify this
situation is to locate some drivers for the card to re-install, preferrably
updated drivers.

You can usually find such from the graphic chip/card manufacturers website.

can any one help?

while I was on the internet the other night jaws just suddenly stopped
talking, and
to make things worse I accidentally hit the mouse, obviously I don't ever
use the
mouse and it just sits there purely for sighted folks to use, I rebooted the
computer
but ever since every time I open or close any programs or documents it keeps
saying
rec tr ks ovr.

I think this is correct as it is very hard to make out just exactly what
jaws is
saying and it is not possible to use the arrow keys to go letter by letter.

My partner Joe who has very little sight say's that the icomms on the desk
top are
bigger than before also the colour is different.

can any one tell me just what i've done and help me out please?
Best Regards Susan.
