check your ring tone.
go to the tools menu by pressing ALT+T and then arrow up to options. then there
is something that behaves like a treeview select sound/ringtone and then tab
to ring tone combo box.
arrow up to ringtone in the combobox if you are not on that, and tab to see
what sound is associated with the ringtone.
if you want to choose another file, then tab to the import sound button.
oh yeah, if you want to set your ringtone to defaults, tab and press spacebar
on the reset to defaults button.finally, press enter to exit the dialogue.

I wonder if any one can help with a Skype problem that I am having.
For a little while, when receiving incoming Skype calls, I haven't been
getting a ringing tone, to indicate that a call has been coming through to my
computer, nor has JAWS spoken the callers name either.
I have made several Skype test calls, and it seems I am online, as that works
normally.
I would welcome any help to correct this problem.
