[jaws-uk] skype help needed

I wonder if any one can help with a Skype problem that I am having.
For a little while, when receiving incoming Skype calls, I haven't been getting
a ringing tone, to indicate that a call has been coming through to my computer,
nor has JAWS spoken the callers name either.
I have made several Skype test calls, and it seems I am online, as that works
normally.
I would welcome any help to correct this problem.
