Just for the record Office 2000 was released of the autumn of 1999. The
support in Office 2000 offered has not been updated for quite a while
now in JAWS as newer verions of Office have ensued. My suggestion would
be that they either upgrade to Office 2003 or also put on JAWS 7.0 or
7.10 which should work fine with Office 2000. Both copies of JAWS will
be able to share the same authorisation.
