[jaws-uk] microsoft word and the printer dialog box...

Hello all,
Please can any one help?
I am using a computer in a library and I am using microsoft word 2000 and
windows XP.
When I need to print out anything, JAWS10 will not speak in the list of
printers, in the printer list dialog box.
It is silent!
What can I do to get it to speak?
