Hi Husna, it does work - honest. It works in any list view where you can select multiple items, for example in the list of files and folders in windows explorer. Just to recap: 1. select the first item. 2. press ctrl + up arrow or control + down arrow till you get to the item which you want to be the last item. Note that using these keys changes which item is the focus, but only the first item is selected. 3. press shift+space bar to select all the items from the first to the last. You can use the jaws keystroke insert+shift+down arrow to read the selected items. Note, that between selecting the first item and pressing shift+space bar, you've not allowed to press the arrow keys on their own, or ctrl+spacebar, or spacebar. All of these reset the the location of the first item in the selection. David. original message: hi, i think it was you who said it was possible to select multiple messages by pressing control downarrow until you get to a message you want to keep, unselect that with control up arrow, select the messages in between with shift spacebar and then press the delete key to delete the messages selected. just wanted to let you know this does not work, only the current message that the cursor is on gets selected and deleted.
