Hi Paul. From the JAWS window, go to Options Menu, Voices, Voice Adjustment.
Having chosen the required settings, you'll need to save them under a new
voice profile. If you need further help with this, let us know.

Thanks John for your help.

Sorry, but in my haste I forgot to say tha initially, the registration
number was already in the dialog box but a few minutes ater the box
reappaered blank and that's when I attempted to type the nunber in again and
only got part way though.

It would seem however that I have fully loaded JAWS 12 as I have been using
it now for 50 minutes.

Now, all I need t know is how to speed jAWS up and select no punctuation.
