[jaws-uk] help with word 2007 please

I have a toshiba satellite laptop running windows 8. I use microsoft word
2007. I am using Jaws 15.
My wife can visually use the mouse pointer and click on the save as button
and it will say "save as" however when I try to select it with the tab key
or arrow keys it just reads the words "blank". Does anyone have any ideas
as to why as I have tried allsorts to make it speak the words "save as".
