I have been running Windows 7 with Jaws 13 on my PC for about 6 months and so far I have not had any issues it runs in the background and maybe I have been lucky but no conflicts with Jaws, I had a real headache previously on an XP machine and Jaws 8 running Norton 360 trying to manage things that Jaws would not read from Norton's developer Symantech.
