Hi Angela, As you've been very badly taught, I think it would be a good idea
for you to use the Jaws keyboard.  Hit insert 1 and then you can hit every
key combination you can think of, both on your keyboard and your braille
display if you have one.  Jaws will tell you what the keys are and then what
they do.  When you have finished, hit insert 1 again and this feature will
be toggled off.
