You could have done a Ctrl + a to select all contacts, Ctrl + c to copy, moved to the shared folder and Ctrl + v to paste. (NB If you move the contact that will be the only copy of that contact). Does this make sense? Belinda ----- Original Message ----- From: Tom Reid To: jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, May 02, 2005 3:27 PM Subject: [jaws-uk] SharingAddressesInOutlook express I've got one identity, my wife another. We have two separate address books. There is a shared contacts and a Tom in mine, and shared and Rita in hers. There is nothing in shared contacts, but, 300 items in mine. How do I show items in shared contacts so that Rita can see them?
