Hi Tom,

Shame. You could have done a Ctrl + a to select all
contacts, Ctrl + c to copy, moved to the shared folder and
Ctrl + v to paste.

George.

        I don't think I quite understand how you've got
things setup now, but to share contacts all you need to do
is move or copy a contact into the shared folder and that
contact will then be available to the other identity. (NB
If you move the contact that will be the only copy of that
contact). Does this make sense?

I've got one identity, my wife another.

We have two separate address books. There is
a shared contacts and a Tom in mine, and shared and Rita in
hers.

There is nothing in shared contacts, but,
300 items in mine. How do I show items in shared contacts so
that Rita can see them?

                Tom
