Martin is spot on with Control+W to close an individual tab in Chrome. If you
want to open a new tab, Control+T is very useful. Also, Control+Tab and
Control+Shift+Tab are great for switching between open tabs.

I’m running windows 11, jaws 22.
How do I go about adding or pinning a website as my home page, when I open
chrome?
In addition: when I open more than one tab, and I want to close that tab, I
press alt f4, however all tabs close, is there a way around it?
I’d also like to change the typing echo to words and characters, I’ve managed
to do it in word, but this doesn’t work on the net.
