Thank you. Sorry to say I'd already tried maximising windows, to no avail,
and have now tried your suggestion for the quick restart, which I didn't
know about, although I had already tried unloading and reloading JAWS.
Sadly still no joy at all. Maybe I need to brave the queues on the S&S tech
support line.

Hi
What I do in that situation is maximise the window. When in the document I
press: alt spacebar, the letter X and hopefully that will sort it.
If not then just press: Jaws key with windows key and F4 this is a quick
jaws restart.

Hi list
This morning my JAWS is doing that thing where it suddenly won't navigate by
paragraph within emails. If I want to switch paragraphs I have to do so
line by line. I'm sure this has happened before and is fixable with one
easy keystroke, but can I remember for the life of me what that keystroke
is? Can I heckers like.
Please can some kind person here remind me what to do to fix it?
