Katherine, I don't know of a way to do this permanently, but you can temporarily alter your punctuation setting when you need to use Say All. To do this, press Jaws key v, to open the verbosity settings. Then press the p key until you reach the setting for punctuation. Use the space bar to cycle through the settings until you reach "Some", then tab once to the Close button and press Enter to close the dialogue box. The change in your punctuation level will only remain in place for as long as you are still focused on the Word document window. If you Alt Tab away from the window and return to it, the punctuation setting will have returned to your default style. You can of course also change it back by repeating the process above and going back to your default punctuation style that way. It's a bit cumbersome to change your punctuation setting each time you want to use Say All, or to undo your punctuation when you want to go back to cursoring around, but it's the quickest way I can think of doing it. At the moment I'm hearing the punctuation I want to hear when cursoring around, but also during Say All - and I don't want to hear any punctuation during Say All.
