Have you tried contacting Microsoft support? Sounds like your
ooooutlook 2016 may be opartly corruopted.

Glad it's not just me. It's not a massive big deal but just
irritating. It only seems to be an issue when I go into the draft
folder.
Best - Sue.

Hi Sue,

I have similar problems, with no solutions I'm afraid.

Perhaps this (below) may be helpful, but not immediately:
Office Accessibility Centre:

I've recently sent a general message about accessing Health
Records via JAWS.

It's equally valid to ask if folk find email systems OK via JAWS
too - as accessing GP services online and via email is a related
component.

I'm not overly happy with JAWS, nor with our UK suppliers.

I think it's in 'panic mode' as screen-readers built into
operating systems are becoming much better, and most folk are
using mobiles and tablets instead of laptops.

We will see while I push with NHS colleagues, the British
Computer Society and the Government Digital Service (who,
incidentally, require testing of services with JAWS as part of
it's 'design manual' (accessibility section).

Extra best,
Howard

Subject: [jaws-uk] Outlook 2016 Folders

Hi all,

I'm using Outlook 2016 with latest version of JAWS.

I have a bit of an issue in accessing my folders. It's not a
major issue just a bit irritating .

If I press control plus Y I can see my folders and select the one
I want.
For example I can be in my inbox press control plus Y and then
swop to my sent folder. I can do this for any of my folders and
then swop back to my inbox.

However, if I do control plus Y and change to my draft folder. I
can do everything I wish to do in my draft, but I'm unable to
navigate out of this folder.

When I press control plus Y in my draft folder nothing happens
and I can't get out of it or navigate back to my inbox. I have to
close Outlook and reopen just so I can get back to my inbox.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it?

Many thanks - Sue.
