[jaws-uk] Office 2000

Hello
I use JAWS 7.1 and Office 2000.
I am having trouble making JAWS report the line number position. In the
print view the line number is duly present in the status line but this
information disappears when switching to normal view. Of course in normal
view the insert+page down key does not announce the information but this is
because it is not present in the status line.
Is this a JAWS problem please or a qwerk of Word?
