Hi Shirley, another thing that could affect links is if you have a virus
killer checking emails. If none of the links work in emails then it is worth
turning off the virus checker and using an email with a link you can trust,
try hitting enter on it and see if it works. It may be that the new version
of jaws is being stopped from activating links as it is seen as a possible
threat.
