        Hi Irene and all,

The "classic laptop" is now obsolete. Better use "laptop".
"classic laptop" makes use of the "alt" keys in combination with the other
keys and thus there is a large number of incompatibilities with many softwares.

With "laptop", the insert key keeps its normal usage, and in addition,
the caplock key acts also as a Jaws key in combination with the other keys.
To change case, just press twice quickly the capslock key, and do the
same to return to normal.

You will find all details in jaws help :
Jaws window (insert-j)
help
keyboard commands
laptop Jaws keystrokes

The "laptop" layout is indeed very convenient when one is used to it.

        Cheers,
        Pierre.
