Hi, No, I can see the screen has nothing on it either. I will check at work tomorrow in case I messed up on this system J. Andrew. It's insert + escape. It should force a refresh from the browser, which may do the trick. I have noticed that when upgrading to Jaws9, I get no auto refreshes on web pages. Whilst this is ok (as I don't really like this anyway, but was too lazy to turn it off), I can't find a way of refreshing the page when I need to. This has the effect that when I go to sites that need refreshing, nothing happens. Today, for example, I went to a website that redirected straight away to an SSL enabled version. When I went to the site, I was just presented with a blank page, and thought the system had gone on the fritz. It wasn't until I had looked at the HTML code behind the page that I saw what was going on. It was also very annoying yesterday when downloading a load of Cisco upgrades for our firewall. Any suggestions? Thanks. Andrew.
