[jaws-uk] JAWS not reading e-mail details

Hi List,
For some reason JAWS 13 is only saying "Unread" when I go down my list of
new messages with no other details of the sender, subject or date sent.
Is this a JAWS verbosity setting or something else that needs sorting?
