If people actually read the messages they were replying to then we'd have less clutter. According to what mandy said, she's using Outlook 2000. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with that program's email configuration.

From within an open message in Outlook Express, press alt+enter to openthe properties. You will be presented with a two page dialogue box, one page called general and one called details. Right arrow to details then tab into the details read only edit area.
You can then arrow down through this read only area. It is full of fairly incomprehensible stuff, but buried in there is the address of the sender, you just need to be patient and it appears about 1520 lines down, something like:From: "Mandy7" <mandy7@xxxxxxxxxx>
Hope this makes sense. Of course, if you don't use Outlook Express, it may be completely different, but I think the same process works in Outlook.
