Hi All

I'm running Jaws 12 with Windows 7 and Office 2007.

Whenever I open a document in Word 2007 Jaws says compatibility mode.
What does this mean and can I turn it off?

Also, whenever I open an attached document directly from my email
program, Eudora, Jaws won't read anything in Word. The document is
there and I can read some of it with the Jaws cursor, but not in the
normal way. If I go to the attachments folder and open the document
from there all is well. Can anyone explain this?

Thanks for any help

Talk soon
