Hi Pete,
I have had the same problem happen to me intermittantly, but it started on
my HP Desktop running Jaws 16 and Windows 64bit prior to this last update,
so I don't know what caused it.
My wife, Carol, who also uses Jaws has noticed this occurring on her laptop,
but in her case it only seems to be the enter Key which seems to speak its
function in American English.
