Stuart, I honestly don't remember if we have such a command but I don't think so. I think you'll just have to go through the menus of the JAWS window to switch JAWS voice profiles. Let me know if you need steps. It's only ready to receive voice input after J-Say tells you that the computer is ready for you to talk to it or, if you have sounds enabled, you hear the chime sound. Hope that helps.
