We do not have any specific command for the jaws voice profile dialog.

I honestly don't remember if we have such a command but I don't think so. I
think you'll just have to go through the menus of the JAWS window to switch
JAWS voice profiles. Let me know if you need steps.

Hi Stuart,
There's no voice command to select a user profile because Dragon isn't
actually loaded ready to receive voice input at that point. It's only ready
to receive voice input after J-Say tells you that the computer is ready for
you to talk to it or, if you have sounds enabled, you hear the chime sound.
