Hi Brian,
I have jaws 12.0 build 1170, will j-say 10.0 work with it, or do I have to
upgrade to jaws 13?

  We are very proud to announce the immediate availability of J-Say Pro version
10! This makes it possible for you to use JAWS for Windows version 13 (from
Freedom Scientific), and Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional version 11.5
(developed by Nuance).

  Over a number of years, J-Say has become well-known for giving blind people
who cannot (or do not wish to use) the keyboard access to a computer to prepare
documents, manage e-mail and use the full capabilities of the internet. J-Say
version 10 builds on those strengths, giving you even more accuracy,
responsiveness and stability.

  J-Say Pro version 10 includes a new Custom Menu feature. The J-Say custom
menu has been created in response to a feature request from J-Say Trainers.
Trainers were looking for a simple menu from which a user could select an item
from a list of commonly performed tasks. If you are a Trainer and have
trainees who have trouble remembering command sequences, this feature is for
you. If you're an end user who enjoys customizing your J-Say experience, this
feature is for you.

  The Custom Menu will allow a person to build a list of commonly used actions
to:

  ·        Launch a program (or application), such as Microsoft Word;

  ·        Open a file or document, such as a text file or spreadsheet;

  ·        Launch a web page, perhaps to a favourite newspaper;

  · Press a keystroke, for example Control+Home to move to the top of a
document;

  ·        Type a string of text, maybe a person's name;

  · Run a JAWS script, perhaps SayLine to cause the current line to be
announced.

  J-Say Pro version 10 contains other new improvements. To read about what's
new in this release please read the J-Say Pro 10 what's New page.

  The fastest way to get J-Say Pro 10 on your computer is to purchase an
electronic upgrade. If you own J-Say Pro 8 or 9, you can upgrade for £114
(excluding VAT). Prices are available from our accessible online store if you
own an earlier version if you wish to purchase a nnew copy.

  We would very much like to thank our beta testing team. Without their
dedication and support over many hours, the J-Say product would not contain the
features and improvements our customers have come to expect and rely upon for
day-to-day use.

  Our partners in North America, Next Generation Technologies, will be issuing
a Press Release shortly containing pricing and availability.

  Do enjoy the new features of J-Say Pro 10!
