I have also changed my view to the date view and I believe the common thread
in this is focus has to be on the first thread header or what ever it is
called for this problem to occur. To reproduce the problem follow the
following steps, set the view to conversation, set the threads to be
collapsed, and make sure that the menu option that says always show unread
and flagged messages is not checked. Then either press control home on the
keyboard or say go to top. Then try to get the confirm that command to work
on one of the options in the virtual viewer.

Thanks again for testing.

Chris.

Hi

It is possible that this problem was fixed when you fixed the other problem

BH No I am afraid not. That fix related to Word specifically rather than
generically and relates to the "cancel that" command.
