[j-say list] 2 problems

Hi all,
I'm using a gateway laptop, running windows xp pro, and jaws 12.0.525, and
j-say pro 9, and dragon pro 11.
Right now, I'm back to typing emails.
I have 2 problems:
1. I have no speaking keys.
There's something in j-say that shuts up my keys and no key talks, so,
hopefully, I'm typing the right letters.
2. I've got a very strange problem, and that is, when I unplug my head set
microphone, I got no audio at all, so, I had to do a hard shut down of my
computer.
Anyone know why that happens?
