I doubt many users have this file (I'm assuming this is the one that sets
up USBScanner:, USBPrinter: and may execute a USBSetInterface command).
It was originally intended to be put into !Boot.Choices.Boot.Tasks rather
than Resources but was superseded by pop-up !Printers and the !TWAIN
!Install setup.

The scanner part is similar to the commands in
!TWAIN.Sources.!EpsonGT.!Install but probably has the timeout set as
10000 rather than 20000. The !Install version is preferable and is
executed when you scan via !DPlngScan so should override the previous
setting.
