There isn't a list as such.

Assuming you already have the Epson version of !TWAIN, you need to alter
!Boot.Resources.!TWAIN.!EpsonGT.!Install.
Duplicate one of the line pairs that start 'Alias @USBDevice' and 'If
"<USB$Device_*_*_*' and change each occurrence of '04B8_xxxx' with
'04B8_012A'. If you aren't sure then email the !Install file to me and
I'll edit it for you.
