I had regular disc errors (I think it was the same as this one but not
absolutely sure) for months while my first PSU was on its way out; I had
them again before my 2nd PSU failed; and again before the 3rd one failed.
Since I got a proper PSU the disc has been fine.

So on the basis of my experience there's not necessarily anything seriously
wrong with the disc and if it was me I would carry on using it but make sure
my data was backed up regularly (which you do anyway - right?).
