I've had the error message once, and it hasn't appeared tonight, seems 
that the Iyonix PSU is quite a problematic issue. My Iyonix PSU hasn't 
been long replaced so it surely can't be that.

Reasonably often, I did do a backup the other week, it's a USB 
separate hard disc it's got most things backed up on it, I put my 
current !boot file on it and pretty everything else that has been 
updated recently.
