[iyonix-support] Disc Error 13

I've been getting Disc Error 13 messages when copying messages between
Messenger Pro folders. These are always at the same disc address.
According to the PRM (vol 2 p 275) this means "SEK or disc access
command issued to drive with seek error". Does this mean that the
hard disc is finally on its way out or could it be a failing PSU?
