Oh how wrong that assumption can be!

I have found bad sites that are not categorized. Free screen saver sites,
Porn sites, Adware sites and so forth.

Think about it for a moment: I can register 100 domain names today, add them
to spam e-mails being spewed by thousands of zombies, and tomorrow thousands
of people will be visiting my sites. Now, you want to tell me that the web
filter vendors will have all those sites that I registered today categorized
by tomorrow?
