I have been using SurfControl for many years here. It is a good solution for: a) to filter users's web access based on user names (no problem with multiple AD users) b) to filter users's web access based on access time c) detailed web categorization d) easy use of rule management e) a number of reports I have not seen any big problem so far, except if the surf control service does not start when ISA server booting, then everybody has unlimited web access. This happened once here, and nobody told me anything. I just realized it by chance :) By the way, they would publish a new version of the product to work with ISA 2004, so please check their web sites.
