routing (chaining) failure

Hello!
My problem is the following:
One Isa server is installed in the internal net in the integrated mode and
serves at present only as Cache.
Again and again the error 10061 appears. If you press update in the
Browser the side appears.
The ISA server gives the error back, that the Upstream-Server is not
available (Routing(Chaining)failure). Nearly in the same moment it
announces that the Upstream-Server is available again.
The Upstream-Server is the Firewall (Raptor). There are no Problems or
errors, the firewall is every time available.
Can someone help me?
