problem begin to be solved

hi every body,
do you remember my problem about my realplayer8 which cannot connect to
internet through ISA and there was a dns error and i try to creat a
protocol definitions and protocol rules and UDP ,tcp,port no. ........
but not solved the problem
now i make some changes in the configuration of DNS and install realone
now there is no error about the dns and the task bar of real one begin to
show me the following msg "web site found,wait for reply" which was not
appear at the past
but the problem is after showing this msg it say to me another msg it's
"ACSESS IS DENIED" IN REALPLAYER8 AND ASK me to enter the user name and
password at realone (iam loggin by administrator account)
so i think that this problem is more specified and i think that there is
some thing easy to do at isa related to the authentication method
but what is it and where
any idea i think it will help me
